Australia
Major bilateral partner supporting Pacific fisheries development, climate resilience and governance
Visit siteFAME's work across Pacific fisheries is made possible by long-standing partnerships with donor governments, multilateral funds, regional management bodies and climate-finance institutions. These partners share a commitment to sustainable use of the ocean for Pacific people, today and into the future.
FAME maintains active partnerships with seven principal donor and management partners. Each plays a distinct role — from sovereign bilateral support to multilateral climate finance — in enabling FAME's three streams of work: oceanic fisheries science, coastal fisheries and aquaculture, and capacity development for our 22 member countries and territories.
